Instructions
Prepare the Glaze:
In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Let it cook for about 10 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened slightly. Set aside.
Season the Salmon:
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cook the Salmon:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
