- 4 Large eggs
- 1 Cup Whole milk
- 1/2 Tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1 Tsp Butter for frying
- Maple syrup, for serving
- Extra berries and powdered sugar, for garnish
