  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Coney Dogs

  • 8 Hot dogs
  • 8 Hot dog buns
  • 1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Finely chopped onions
  • Yellow mustard (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chili
    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet or saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
