Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
    Rinse and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. Arrange them in a large salad bowl.
    Deseed the pomegranate by cutting it in half and tapping the back with a spoon over a bowl. Remove any white pith.
    Thinly slice the red onion and pear. Set aside.
  • Step 2: Make the Dressing
    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust sweetness or acidity to your preference.
