- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Cup Whole milk, at room temperature
For the Frosting:
- 1 Cup Unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 4 Cups Powdered sugar
- 1/4 Cup Heavy cream
- 2 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
For the Decoration:
- 2 Cups Fresh blueberries
- 2 Cups Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 Cups Fresh raspberries
Preparing the Cake:
Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
