- 2 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 2 Zucchini, medium-sized, sliced into rounds
- 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes

- 1/2 Cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil (for grilling and dressing)
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 Cup Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or cilantro), chopped
Preheat and Prepare:Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.While the grill is heating, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
