Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the ShrimpMarinate the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.Preheat the Grill: While the shrimp are marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
